When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation with the exception of our Exclusive orders, those could take up to 2 weeks to be shipped out depending on the design. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates.

Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards on our website and it is 100% secure
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be added to your transaction and will also be emailed to you.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed and confirmation email is sent to you, here is no way of cancelling.
I no longer want the item, can I have a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds. You may send the item back for store credit. (Exclusive Orders, Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie excluded)

Do you provide return labels?
No, we do not offer return labels as returns are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost efficient shipping method.
How Long Does It Take To Receive Store Credit?
When we receive your return, we will process the return within 14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as the spam folders for this gift card/store credit code.
