Purchased item(s) are to be mailed out 2 days after the original delivery date and you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us, we will issue an store credit on your account. A tracking number for the returned items must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to the warehouse. Please be sure items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and tags are still attached. Emailing pictures is always best, Support@RichfriendClothing.com
If you are an International buyer and need to make a return, make sure you put the return in the mail within 2 days of receiving the item. In order to process your exchange in a timely manner, Simply notify us via email at Support@RichfriendClothing.com with the issue and reason for return. However, delivery confirmation is required for the item(s) being returned. Please remember to ask all questions before purchasing.
